CANDLE CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Just like any other candle, carbon builds up on the wick during the burning process and it could release soot (black smoke); this is completely normal! The good news is that you can prevent and eliminate the soot by trimming your wick 1/8” before every single new burn. If you re-light a wick that has this carbon build up it will result in a poor performing candle.
We carry wick trimmers that are specifically made for keeping your wick nicely trimmed!
Burn the candle so that the wax pool reaches the edge of the jar each time in order to prevent tunneling.
Keep burning candles away from fans, open windows, hot surfaces, pets and children. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
